I received an error "You have exceeded sms quota, please contact support"

This error may appear if you delete and then install mobu again too many times from the same device or with the same number. Each device and telephone number has a limitation of using a maximum of 3 sms to register with mobu. If your network service provider is unable to deliver the message to your device, you will not receive the sms. This is beyond our control and completely depends on each individual's mobile network. If you receive this error, you need to contact our support and we will be happy to reset your sms quota.
