I have been over charged. what should I do?

Mobu billing software is an enterprise edition software and has been tested many ways before putting in production. You will always be charged as you see the rate in the app, apparently there will be no overcharge. If you believe that you have been overcharged, please contact our support immediately. We are so confident about our billing system that we will be happy to reimburse any differences with extra call credit for such incident.
