Local access call does not depend on your internet speed and it provides excellent voice quality even you have low internet speed or coverage. Despite your local access call is 100% internet free, initially it may need a very small amount of internet just to map a local number to your destination number, your actual voice call will not use any internet at all. You can select local minute call by pushing the blue icon on the top right of the main screen.
